First body overheat normal temp.after 5 days temp is blln 99 to 99.8 with headache,Widal o&h is 1:40,malaria -ve,after 5 days Widal O&h 1:160,esr 26,taken antiboitics like gudcef 200,ornio,rifagut,azithromycin,moxinowfor 14 days,but fever pattern is same morning after 8am 99and afternoon it is between 99.6 and evening at 9pm it is 98.6,widal done o&h 1:40 stopped antibiotics for a month .Now today is 50 day,Esr 30,crp 6,tc 12900 ,smear for mp -ve,urine 2-3 Pus cells, calcium oxaclete crystals +♀+,chest x-ray clear ,thyroid normal,bp normal ,us abdomen normal, bleedingtim3min, clottingtim 4min,I am having headache,fever in blln 99 to 99.8 , now  doxt -xl antiboitics used for 5 days,2 days back tyhidot igg igm -ve ,esr 25,wbc 5600,RBC 6.3 Millon's,pcv 60, platelet 1.65lks,blood culture negative.doctors what is the reason for this fever pls explain from 2 months ,some doctors saying die to stress some hormones are increasing the body temp ,how to proceed further .

you had taken enough antibiotics. USG neck, E B virus IgM.  you have not mentioned about weight loss,and epitite. Liver profile is also missing. stop all the medication and wait for 10 days if fever goes more than 100'c then take Paracetamol 650mg
