She need to reduce 17 KGS but she is lactating mother she needs to have Good nutrition. Have lots of fibre and water daily activity of 40-45 mins required. Consult with dietician I can help for 4-5 KGS per month
Hello, Hypothyroidism is one of the cause for weight gain and during pregnancy one gains weight around 10 kgs . It takes time to shed weight , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. For ladies aerobic exercises and yoga works better .Do thyroid profile test and consult general physician.
