While standing my bike i fell down and the bike fell on my left leg and my thumb area of left leg become thick

Apply cold pack(thrice) +pain killer gel for first 48 hours+keep your foot elevated+frequent toe movements .. If not responding, go for physiotherapy it will be very helpful. and.. You may need an x-ray too.
