Throat pain may be due to tosilitis....tonsillitis is infection of tonsils which may lead to tonsil enlargement and subsequent pain....investigation: TLC dlc ESR ,CBC ,xray soft tissue neck.....

Next Steps

treatment: clavam 625 mg thrice a day.... diclomol Sp one tb twice a day.... vizilac one tb twice a day.. ocid 20 one tb empty stomach... odimont fx one tb at night... betadine gargle twice a day.....all for 7. days.....
