Thrombosed pile
It's been a month since I was diagnosed with thrombosed pile by a surgeon after doing the medicines he suggested for excision and I went through it. Now after one and a half week of excision I am still feeling that discomfort while sitting... How to get rid of these tags or whatever they are? Need permanent solution...

The best recommended treatment for thrombosed external hemorrhoid is EXCISION which you underwent.
Next Steps
Take plain warm water tub baths (Sitz) Tab Daflon 1000mg once daily for 30 days Tab Paracetamol 500mg when in pain.
Health Tips
Do not run after the external hemorrhoids if they are only tags. Surgery may prove a disaster. Leave them alone.
