Asked for Female, 22 Years

Is ketogenic diet is danger for patient who suffers rarely with thrombocytopenia? i get it once for every few years. last year i suffered from it and i used medicines(steroids) as prescribed by our doctor. but due to the medicines i had gained weight so i went through ketogenic diet for 10 days but now i heard that this diet also have some side effects may i know is this going to effect me -ve?
