Throbbing headache
I get headache every once in 2-3 days from last one year . The intensity is unbearable sometimes. It doesn't stop until I take painkillers ( right now I take diclogem) with headache I don't feel nauseous or weakness or anything..it's just headache.

Could be migraine but you need evaluation by a neurologist to exclude other causes
