  4. Throat tongue grown length. Stressful.

Dear doctor, Since the weather was cold, I was drinking cold water for more than 2 months.. Now I feel like my throat tough and looks like the small tongue inside throat has grown lengthier. I have been goggling with warm salt water for few days.. But there is no relief.. Could you please guide me how to get cured from this as this is disturbing my days a lot and more stressful. Thank you for helping.
