These are usual lymph nodes that are present in throat but due to acid reflux and indigestion they get enlarged

There is nothing unusual i am seeing. That one swelling coming from below the tongue is a normal structure called Epiglottis. There is nothing to worry.

Hi glad to help you
No no dnt worry what you are seeing is a normal structure epiglottis which closes the airway while you eat the food
And you have acute granular congestion of the pharynx as well
Do betadine gargle 5ml in 5ml water thrice daily
Take Tab PAN 40mg 1-0-0 before food for 5 days
If any acute pain.
Tab AUGMENTIN 625 mg twice daily got 5 days
Tab ZERODOL SP 1-0-1 after food for 5 days
