White patches on side of throat and tongue and reddish colour on throat and increasing weight I have gain almost 13 kg in a year...and hair fall in the scalp

white patches over tongue and other parts of the mouth should be evaluated completely to rule out anything sinister. since you are having there symptoms for many months you need to consult nearby ENT specialist or oral surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. as far as hair Falk is concerned I don't think its related to your oral complaints
