Asked for Male, 2 Years

My son is 2 yrs old. He is always complaining about pain in throat while swallowing. I consulted a pedeatrician. He suggested that it is because of throat infection and prescribed antibiotics, but there was no improvement after medication. Then i consulted a ENT specialist he also suggested the samw me and gave antibiotic for 21 days. Still my son is finding difficulty in swallowing sometimes even while drinking.

It is very unlikely for 2 year old to have persistent or recurrent throat infection. If antibiotics are not working then further evaluation with endoscopic examination may be necessary to confirm the diagnosis
