U r taking double dose of ppi that is nexpro and Espanz , to my mind one tab is good , I can only add MUCAIN GEL OR GAVISCON SUSPENSION TWO TEA SPOON 2 hrs after meals and at bed time. No spices of any kind no fried item , simple bland diet is advised for time being. As soon as it is possible u May go for gastric endoscopy to find out reason and ultrasound upper abdomen and LFT , HAEMOGRAM. AND LATER GASTROENDOLOGIST CONSULTATION. INSTEAD OF NEXPRO RD U MAY TAKE MOZAMPS HALF TABLET BEFORE MEALS THRICE DAILY AND CONTINUE ESPANZ40only. IWOULD like to know ur built weight , diet pattern , any other clinical problem beside thyroid50 it appears u r taking thyroxine 50 mcq for hypothyroidism
