Throat pain,running nose
Problem started with throat pain and cold, then had mild fever(100), took azax 500 for 2 days. fever is not there now but throat pain and running nose still persist. Weakness and don't feel like eating anything.

Hello there...I can understand your concern. It looks like you could be suffering from upper respiratory tract infection. It usually lasts for 1 to 2 weeks and then subsides. Continue with azithromycin antibiotics for three more days. For running nose and throat pain, you will have to take antihistamines like levicetrizine, anti inflammatory like aceclofenac. Do saline gargles 2 to 3 times daily. Also get examined by a Ent specialist once.
