Throat pain modulating
From 17days throat pain is irrtating my activity,mouth n lips  is getting driedup...tongue is getting yeast deposit ,saliva secretion is more at night times,pain is progating from one place to other like one day for some time it will be near trachea ,ear side ,jaw side..my vuwla is hanging down,headache (veryslight) and sometimes chest is stabbing (sometimes) Used amoxiclave angibiotics and betadine as per doctors prescribtion but no use.pain still exists .pls need medication...can't go out ..attaching pictures of the problem No fever ,dry cough ,bodypains, and other complications . Drinking 4ltrs water even though mouth is getting dried up and thraot pains r propagating...pls help with antibiotics and the problem..it's been 17days.pls help with medicines ...please
