Tab Dolo 650 1 tab 3 times a day, tab Sinarest 1 tab 2 times a day and tab Azee 500mg 1 tab once daily and tab Pantop-D 1 tab daily empty stomach.

Take tab. Sinarest twice daily for 3 days and tab. Azithromycin once daily for 3 days... also do salt water gargle ... It will help
