  4. Throat pain and fever. Your suggestions.

Throat pain and fever
I had throat pain from last 2 days. From yesterday night I have fever,headache and cold. Throat pain and cough is also there. I took Calpol(650mg) yesterday night after dinner and today after lunch. Temperature is fluctuating even after taking the medication. Kindly provide your suggestions.
