So this morning I woke up with a sore throat and I look and I have white spots on my tonsils and red bumps on the back of my throat. I was sick with the flu earlier this week and I thought I had gotten over it. However in the past 32 I performed oral sex on my boyfriend. So I dont know if that's the cause but earlier this year I had the same symptoms. The doctor I went to tested for strep and came back negative.She said it was just a cold and I would get over it,antibiotics prescribed not needed
