Throat is scratching

Hi hello Doctor, My throat is scratching always. Every midnight around 3 a.m I'm getting compulsive dry cough. I already taking inhaler, allegra, nasal spray,pulmoclear for bronchitis. Please recommend some remedies for me, this really helpful now.
