Throat irritation since 3 months (gerd)

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have been facing throat irritation since 3 months. In endoscopy issue found was lax les. I have been taking medicine like PPI , antacid (mucain gel, gaviscon syrup) prescribed by doctors. But there is no continuous irritation in my throat. I don't have other symptoms of gerd like burning sensation in heart I just have throat irritation since 3 months. I don't know whether this is because of gerd or any other issue. Please advise me.

GERD can have atypical presentation like throat irritation.Does it decreases after PPI? Get consulted with ENT specialist once for local examination. Take small meals ,avoid spicy and outside food. Do weight loss if u obese. Mostly it is GERD but take ENT opinion
