Throat Irritation from Acid reflux
I am presently 28 weeks pregnant and had an episode of acid reflux in the night. Post which I am having throat irritation and nose block which is not going away. It's been 3 weeks now, what can I do to get rid of throat irritation as it is making sleeping difficult in the night.

Avoid spicy and oily food at night. Do not sleep immediately after taking meal. keep gap of 2 to 3 hours. Head elevation while sleeping.
