Throat inflammation
I have been getting runny nose sometimes and sneezing. I do have a pet but never i got this much sneezing. January whole i spent coughing and was on anitbiotics Now from last 2 months, anything i eat or drink ( oily, cold etc) my throat gets inflamed I showed to ENT he gave antibiotics and now i am back here again The mucosa of my throat looked weird, i was thinking if this require any biopsy? Or is it okay? None of the ENT said anything about malignancy but i am always like to rule out if it looks bad. Also last month i shouted my voice out n my throat hurt bad. Now that is fine but could it be laryngitis? Can someone guide?

The changes in throat could be due to post nasal drip. The mucosa in picture looks erythematous but this doesn’t raise any suspicion for malignancy. My plan would be nasal endoscopy and laryngeal endoscopy. Few precautions you can take are stop excessive consumption of tea/coffee, avoid spicy and oily food. Stay hydrated.
