Throat infection ...Tonsilitis

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I am having throat infection since last 6 days I was gargling with hot water ,salr but no relief yet. Also taken clavam 625 and zerodal sp . it helps little relief for few hours but After few hours it again start paining. Please suggest best medicine for tonsillitis to bevremove soon.
