Regularly i am getting throat infection, sometimes if i had spicy foods then i will get it, sometimes because of oil foods, ice creams and ground nuts related food(i can't say exactly) and some times because of acidity also, my question is because of some foods throat infection occurs?

Food has got no relation with throat infection and who told you that your ailment is caused by infections? You may be suffering from LPR which is food related. Consult an experienced ENT doctor and get the condition properly treated.
