  4. Throat infection. I feel pain in throat.

I am suffeing from throat infection since last three days even after taking medicine there is no much difference in situation. Even while drinking i feel pain in throat.

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type of throat infection in this season. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days
