Throat Infection
Hi, Sir/Madam, I regularly get throat Infection, mainly winter season it repeats almost 3 times in a month. Along with Throat infection I also get cold and cough. I wear mask, drinking hot water almost care I take, still it's can't be avoided. To come out out of infection I take antibiotic tablets. I really wanted to reduce consumption of tablets.  Can I get some suggestions or method to increase immunity power.
