Throat infection

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hello, I 've been having throat pain for the past 2days and since yesterday my voice has also been affected by it. At present I don't have cold but I cough quite often. Adding to this slight weakness and headache is also there. Salt and warm water gargling has provided some relief to an extent. Can someone suggest a good medicine please. Thank you.
