The symptoms had reduced automatically approximatily 1 month ago at that time I was ok with my voice, eventhough there was voice change the effort to speak out had reduced almost 70% . 2 days ago the similar problem has started to affect me.Now I am struggling to speak. awaiting for your reply

Recurrent change in voice is commonly due to vocal nodules or chronic laryngitis. Confirmation of diagnosis can be made by doing laryngoscopy and once confirmed usually treatment involves voice rest, steam inhalation, anti reflux medications and voice therapy
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
