Asked for Male, 40 Years

I have constant throat clearing at night for two years. I lack sleep and I have a bit anxiety I consulted lung, ENT specialists, done all tests but nothing is found. I went to allergy center, they said it to be allergy. One ENT told that it's because of DNS . It needs a nasal surgery. I am taking homeopathic now. Please advise how to get rid of the throat clearing.

Constant throat clearing can occur because of various reasons such as reflux laryngopharyngitis which is type of acidity related disorder, post nasal discharge which can occur secondary to chronic sinusitis, chronic laryngitis etc. DNS is unlikely to be the cause. You may need to get a endoscopy and CT scan of paranasal sinuses to identify the cause
