I was having temperature for 5-6 days. After taking medicine, temperature is ok but my throat has been chocked. Even it pains when i swallow my spit

You seem to be suffering from acute pharyngo-tonsillitis which is a common type throat infection. In this season it is commonly secondary to viral infection. You need to take a course of antibiotics and painkillers for few days. Sometimes injections of pain killers is necessary
