  4. Throat block feel. Bubble type form.

I Have fever on 17/4/2021...i use Azithromycin, Ciprofloxacin and use steam...now fever is gone...Feel THROAT slightly block..pain in swallowing water and food...today i seen in my tongue end white bubble type form..and inside mouth also... please advice
