Throat becomes hot
Gm doctor, My throat is becoming hot, especially more so when i do not eat for sometime. Having burp if i eat little also. Also feels heavy after i eat. Also feeling weak in mornings as soon as i wake up. Legs and hands feel weak. It gets better after lunch. I have tested for thyroid, sugar and haemoglobin. All results are yet i have weakness. Could you tell me, what ican dofor both these problems

Hi...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...good luck.

Hello there...... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed. Elevate the head of your bed...... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.......
