Throat and ear pain while swallowing

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I have throat pain while swallowing for a week and for the last two day I am having ear pain with Throat pain while swallowing.. Visited a general physician and prescribed with combiflam (1-0-1) and betadine gargle 2%. But it's not improving and pain is severe during night
