Three I pills in a month

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I took three i pills in the month of last july, and had my last withdrawal bleeding on 3rd august. I am not pregnant, but since then i am not getting my natural periods I took ginger tea, cinnamon tea, cashews and nuts for my hormone restablishment. What can be done next? When can my natural periods come? I dont want to take birth control for my hormonal reestablishment. What can i do naturally to fix my periods health and reproductive system back again?
