Thoracic pain
I consulted a doctor for a thoracic pain not very severe that i feel often in the left side or in in the entire superior part of the thorax sometimes. he said my heart was good and it was colon problem. but then today i was having this pain in the left side and i was surprised at that moment the pain got more severe so could it be a cardiac problem and then it was gone, i am female age 19 weight 45kg, 153cm tall

Considering your age and weight ischemic heart disease is unlikely. Just to rule out ,it may be prudent to get a 2DECHO to make sure you don't have structural heart disease
