You can cure you thyroid 1st stop eating iodine salt in place take rock salt. Sandha namak. Early morning empty stomach green coriander leaf 20 gms. 1 tea spoon ginger, half tea spoon garlic juice, half glass water, grind it in mixi. Take out juice and drink. You can incease coriander leaf.
