I am very much thin,bones & veins are too much exposed...which diet should I prefer other than green vegetables,milk ?or any medicine?

HELLO, HIGH PROTEIN, HIGH FIBROUS, FAT DIET. MILK N MILK PRODUCTS. PROTEIN POWDER TWO TEASPOON FUL TWO-TIMES A DAY. FRUITS, JUICES, SPROUT, WHOLE GRAM, WHOLE DAL, , ALMOND SOAKEDIN WATER, PEANUT 50gm SOAKED IN WATER. I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND. O.K BYE.
