I have extremely thin hair.. Till shoulder length.. And they become stagnant after a certain length.. I need volume in my hair and also increase hair growth.. Thin hair is hereditary

If you have thin hair since childhood then you cannot make them thick. They require to be treated gently since they get damaged easily.
