- Have proper hydration i e. drink around 2 to 3 liters of water every day.
- Have proper balanced diet with proper amount of fruits and vegetables which will provide you with necessary nutrition.
- Exercises 30 to 40 min per day.
- specifically for hair try taking multivitamin tablets which will provide you with nutrition you might be lacking in normal routine.
Wash them on routine basis with good quality shampoo.
