Thin cuts/tears on foreskin

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Recently post intercourse, I have started getting thin tears/cuts on the top of the penis on my foreskin. I am uncircumcized. While most of them heal in 2-3 days, some reopen during the subsequent intercourse. There is no smell or discharge. Please help
