Thigh lump or hardness
I see some hardness or lump in quadriceps thigh area.. I can see it when I fold my leg or climb stairs... I am not sure if this is a muscle or lump. I can feel it when I glaze my hand over it.. can't feel anything when my leg is straight...

For how long you have noticed this lump? As long as there is no pain or sudden increase in the size , there is no need to worry. If facing any further , consult a surgeon.
