Gaps in the milk teeth ( primary teeth ) is natural . There is no need to worry as these gaps fill up when the permanent teeth erupt.

This spacing in milk teeth is normal, it is called physiological spacing. You need not worry and this is infact good as it would provide proper space for permanent teeth to grow properly.

Hi, All children have some spacing between their milk teeth.. This is completely normal and helps to create space for the permanent teeth. So dont worry it will self correct later on.
