Feeling Heat from Inside is due to multiple reasons.It could be due to 1. Vitamin B 12 Deficiency (most common cause) 2. low Hemoglobin level 3. Mild viral/Bacterial  infections 4. Electrolyte imbalance 5. Continuous stress 6. Sleep cycle irregularities 7 . Some hormonal fluctuations
