As per ur complaints the swelling in breast is most propably benign but u say u have got a lymph node in arm pit and ur breast feels sore so possiblity of mastitis or abscess possibility is there...So a simple usg of breast and axilla will narrow down to a proper diagnosis and then further followup can be done..

Good thing for u is that its movable, many clues in your case points its benign nature.
Get a ultrasonography done and picture will be clear.
