TFCC tear on right wrist
Radioulnar ligament tear and partial tear of triangular ligament in TFCC with fracture/ bone contain of the styloid process of ulna.Traumatic injury due to fall from bike with extended wrist about 4 months ago. Good improvement in pronation and supination movements after having cast on wrist for 2 weeks. Extension of wrist is completely constrained. Sharp pain on the dorsal side if the wrist while extension.

With rest and immobilisation the symptoms usually improve. If even with this there is no significant improvement and the symptoms are affecting your daily life, then the next option is an arthroscopic debridement and reconstruction of the TFCC. This will be followed by further period of immobilisation and physiotherapy. You would benefit from visiting a hand Surgeon for the treatment.
