I get pain in testicles when I am controlling the raised errection ... No problem in errection...I get frequent errection.. I often get aroused. By seeing womens...and ...their assets .. I usually masturbate..twise or thrise a weak...but for past 6 months...I controlling it lot..to just 2 to 3 times in a month... If I don't masturbate for about 10 days...cum releases after urinating.. All becomes normal...once done with masturbate. I want to do physical fitness..but i think...I cant
