  4. Testicular pain right side. With doctor?

Testicular pain right side
Since past few I am having pain in right testicles . Initially pain was minor slowly it's increasing . I have started wearing tight underwear after that. I had same problem 10 Month back , I was prescribed with antibiotics for 15 days . After that it was okay after 3 month . But now again I am getting pain .. what should I do ? Is there way to prevent it permanently ? any home remedy ? Should I consult with doctor ?

please consult with a Urologist nearby, get a Ultrasound of scrotum.
