Testicular pain
Hello When i exert or do exercieses my left testicle and stomach starts paining. I am diagnosed with mild varicocele. Doc says it should not be the reason for pain. I was asked for lower back mri and it says L4-L5 small bulge mildly compressing ventral thecal sac. Everything else looks good. Is it the reason for testicular pain!? Should i continue gymming exercises!?

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Varicocele could be the cause of the pain. I would suggest you consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.  He will examine you and suggest you what needs to be done. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
