Hi my father is aged 60 and his testicular is increased and it's become oversized little pain is there .what is this problem called? What tests required and how to cure it? Is there any operation required? He is scared of operation and not agreeing for it . Kindly help me to understand this Thanks a lott

He needs physical examination by a urologist ..there can be so many diseases which can give rise to increase in testicular size... And treatment depends on underlying condition..
