Testicular Itching
I stay in office for nearly 9 hours. When I return there has been itching in the testicular area. Although there has been no visual changes. I clean the area regularly during bathing and also after returning from office. I also change my underwear daily.

as per your symptoms its looking like fungal infection take bath twice,dont scratch, try keep the area dry, wear dry inner wears, avoid wearing tight cloths, consult Doctor for treatment
