Testicular issue
In january i noticed my left scrotum was looking big than my right side and since then i am doing self examination and did not find any reduction in size even now am not able to completely gripy testicle on left side along with the epidymis in left testicle also there is dialation of one vessel in left which also hurts when touches and now that pain also gies into lower abdomen and pelvis area left side only and i am not able to self exam wheter it is tumor or anything else left testicle feels like apart from the cord something else covered it from bottom to top like it is becoming pointy or hard yesterday i checked eventually it felt like flat papdi patch type kindly suggestvwhat tests to do to confirm the condition?

Please do ultrasonography of scrotum. It will give all the information required..

Is the left testicular swelling painful. How long is the swelling. Do an ultrasound and upload report. Rest of tumour markers can be done after that.
